By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Ohio Assembly Pros, LLC ("we") provides commercial furniture assembly, installation, moves, teardown, receiving, and storage across Ohio. Website content is informational only and does not constitute a binding offer.
Quotes and payment
Quotes are project-specific and subject to site verification. Final pricing, scope, and scheduling are confirmed in a written agreement before work begins. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late invoices (30+ days) may incur a fee of 1.5%/month or the Ohio legal maximum, whichever is less, plus collection costs.
Cancellations
Cancellations less than 48 hours before scheduled work may incur a mobilization fee as stated in the written agreement.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate project information, ensure site access, and secure any required building approvals before scheduled work. Undisclosed conditions or access failures may result in revised pricing or rescheduling.
Liability and warranties
Services are provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for third-party delays or defects in furniture products manufactured by others. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its agents from claims arising from your use of this website, violation of these terms, or provision of inaccurate project information.
Disputes and governing law
Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution for 30 days before legal action. Disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, governed by Ohio law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
